Welcome to Altauri, a product of Altauri, Inc. ("Altauri," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. General Terms

By using Altauri, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we may provide. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue your use of the Service.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration

Certain features require an account ("Account"). When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

2.2 User Warranties

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and current.
• You will promptly update any changes.
• Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2.3 Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use Altauri.

2.4 Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or fraudulent conduct.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately at contact@litnotes.ai of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

2.6 Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive:

• Service-related messages, including account alerts and feature updates.
• Promotional communications, and you can opt out via the unsubscribe link or your device settings.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Access

Premium features require a paid subscription ("Subscription"). Pricing and available plans are shown at checkout.

3.2 Contract Formation

• Website Purchases: Submitting payment forms a binding contract upon our confirmation.
• In-App Purchases: Managed via the App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms.

3.3 Notice Regarding Subscriptions

Altauri subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You will be charged subscription fees plus applicable taxes until cancellation. Certain subscriptions may offer a free trial; to avoid charges, cancel before the trial ends. You authorize the applicable app store to charge your payment method for current and renewal periods until cancellation. For Apple subscriptions, see Apple Support. 4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All content (excluding User Content) is the property of Altauri, Inc. or its licensors.

4.2 Reservation of Rights

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or commercially exploit our content.
• Reverse engineer or tamper with any software.
• Use the content for any purpose outside these Terms.

4.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create ("User Content"). You grant us a license to host, process, and display User Content as needed to operate the Services.

4.4 License to Altauri, Inc.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute it in accordance with your settings.

4.5 License to You

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Altauri for personal, non-commercial use only.

4.6 Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates laws or third-party rights.
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Is offensive or harmful.

We may remove such content or suspend your account.

4.7 Feedback

We may use any feedback or suggestions you provide without obligation or compensation.

5. Termination

5.1 Free Accounts

You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting contact@litnotes.ai. We may terminate free accounts at our discretion.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.
• Refunds: Not provided for partial billing cycles unless required by law. In-app purchases follow app store policies.

5.3 Termination for Cause

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violating these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
• Payment failures following notice.

5.4 Data Retention & Deletion

To permanently delete your account and data, use the Delete Account option in your settings. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altauri, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Lost profits or data.
• Service interruptions or security breaches.
• Replacement costs or loss of use.

This applies to claims arising from your use or inability to use Altauri, even if we were advised of the possibility.
